The Problem
01

You used to feel good.

Now every session is a negotiation with your body. Knee, hip, back, or shoulder — something is always flaring, and you don't know if you should push through it or stop entirely.

02

Rest didn't fix it. Pushing made it worse.

Physical therapy gave you eight weeks of band work and sent you home. Instagram gave you exercises with no progression logic. You're cycling between rest (pain returns) and push (injury re-flares).

03

The problem was the target.

Injury happens when load exceeds capacity. So the answer isn't rest. It's increasing capacity through highly specific input designed for highly specific outputs.

The Ecosystem
Strength Based

The greatest protector.

Strength is one of the greatest protectors against fragility, injury, and physical decline. A stronger body is generally a more capable and resilient body.

Function Focused

Built to last.

The goal is building a body that moves well, tolerates stress, stays adaptable and lasts long term. Training should improve quality of life, not break the body down.

Performance Driven

Every exercise has a purpose.

We are chasing specific adaptations: more strength, more muscle, better movement, greater work capacity, improved athleticism, or increased resilience. Training should prepare you for something measurable and specific.

The LOAD Method

Rehab tells you to rest. Training tells you to push. Neither works.

01

Minimum Effective Dose

The exact amount of work needed to drive adaptations. 60-minute sessions including movement prep, joint function, strength, and accessories. Highly specific input designed for highly specific outputs.

02

Individual Injury Programming Plans

Knee, hip, back, shoulder. Specific progressions organized and periodized so you can stop guessing and putting sessions together from random exercises on IG.

03

Load-Based Progression

Intelligent injury programming progressions to continue increasing capacity beyond baseline.

The Library

Injury Programming

— fix what's flaring
— Injury Programming

Knee Fix

Periodized progressions for knee pain and load tolerance.

— Injury Programming

Hip Fix

Specific hip programming for chronic pain and dysfunction.

Clinical shoulder progressions that restore output without re-flaring.

Performance

— build beyond baseline
— Performance

Strength Block

Periodized strength work for measurable output gains.

LOAD exists because the rehab industry tells injured people to rest while the training industry tells them to push. Both leave them stuck. I built this to be the bridge — clinical rehab science applied directly to strength training, organized by body part, progressed by load.

This is not a workout app. It is a clinical decision framework built into a training structure. The standard here is not completion. The standard is competence.

"Injury happens when load exceeds capacity. The best way to reduce risk is through increasing capacity and output."

Every program.
Every body part.
One subscription.

01

KNEE FIX Program

Periodized knee progressions built on the load-capacity mechanism. So you stop putting sessions together from random exercises on IG.

$97
02

HIP FIX Program

Hip-specific load progressions that increase capacity and return function — not just reduce symptoms.

$97
03

BACK FIX Program

Periodized back programming built on the mechanism of pain, not avoidance of it.

$97
04

SHOULDER FIX Program

Clinical shoulder progressions that restore output without re-flaring the injury.

$97
05

Strength + Size + Athleticism Blocks

Performance programs that train specific adaptations — more strength, more muscle, better movement, greater work capacity — once your baseline is established.

$147
06

Mobility Libraries — Shoulder · Hip · Knee

Targeted mobility work organized by joint. Specific input for specific tissue, not generic stretching.

$49
07

Direct Messaging with the Team

Clinical support access so your next decision has a defensible answer behind it, not a guess.

Honest Answers

Questions before you start.

I've already done physical therapy and it didn't work. Why is this different?
Physical therapy addressed symptoms. This addresses load. Rehab gets you "good enough to live with" — LOAD gets you back to training by progressively increasing what your body can tolerate. The mechanism is different. The outcome is different.
Am I going to be told to rest again?
No. The entire methodology is built on the premise that rest is not the answer. The answer is the right load at the right time, progressed deliberately. If pain shows up, your response is calm, intentional, and specific — not avoidance.
I've tried random YouTube and IG exercises. Nothing stuck. What makes this different?
Random exercises are not a program. LOAD gives you periodized progressions organized by body part — a sequence with a logic behind it. Specific input designed for specific output. You stop guessing and start building.
I'm not an athlete. Will this work for me?
The audience is adults 25–55 who used to feel good and don't anymore. You don't need to be competitive. You need to want to train — not rest. If that's you, the programming is built for your baseline, wherever it currently is.
Is $39/mo worth it if I'm still in pain?
Pain is the exact reason this exists. The programs are built for people currently managing pain — not people who've already recovered. At $39/month you get every injury programming track, every performance block, direct team access, and progress tracking. That's the entire clinical-training system for less than a single PT copay.
Who is LOAD NOT for?
LOAD is not for people who want to be told to rest. It's not for people looking for a quick fix or a 30-day shred. If you want to avoid load entirely, this is the wrong place. If you want to train through and around pain with a clinical framework, it's the right one.
What is NOT included?
1:1 DPT consultations and custom programming are not part of the $39/month plan. What is included is every pre-built injury programming track, every performance block, mobility libraries, direct messaging, and community access.
How do I know which program to start with?
Pick your injury — knee, hip, back, or shoulder — and start with that FIX program. The progressions are organized so you know exactly where you are and what comes next. You don't need to decide. The program decides for you.
